Overview

The First Singapore Space Symposium is a 1‐day symposium jointly organized by EDB and NUS (this year), with a focus on local space industry and space R&D community. The organizing committee consists of members from A*STAR (I2R), EDB, NUS, NTU, and ST Electronics. The symposium will have the morning focusing on industry perspective and will bring together presenters from some overseas space industry partners who are keen to collaborate with the local community (industry and RIs) in the area of remote sensing. The afternoon sessions will be focusing on new R&D proposals/ideas from local RIs which are relevant to the local space industry. These proposals/ideas will be looking for feedback so that they can fine‐tune their proposal with the aim to follow up with EDB‐OSTIn to seek support.

This 1‐day Singapore Space Symposium will be an exciting forum for the local community, and we look forward to your attendance. We are expecting participation from colleagues of EDB, NUS, CRISP, ST, NTU, I2R, DSO, DSTA, FSTD, NYP and some SMEs working in this area.
